Title Product Engineering in Modern Geographic Information System (GIS) Software Company

Abstract

This presentation shares my internship experience of working in the world 
leading GIS software company - ESRI - as a Product Engineer (PE). I will 
discuss the important role of PE in the software R&D department and 
introduce some Quality Assurance (QA) systems used during my internship. 
Some of the ESRI Image (Raster) Processing/Management technologies will 
also be introduced.
