Title The College of Extended Learning Online Registration System Implemented with C#.NET

Abstract
This project is a C#.NET based web application that implements the College
of Extended Learning (CEL) online registration system. The project provides
functions for CEL staff to manage content of courses, fees, discounts, and
payments. It also provides a shopping cart-style online registration 
mechanism for future CEL students.  Database structure and use in the web 
application will be discussed, as well as secure mechanisms for processing
payment information. Finally, the use of the automated web site testing 
tool called Quick Test Professional (QTP) to test the CEL system will be 
presented.
