Turner Abstract The Web-based Library for Student Projects/Theses and Faculty Research Papers is a Web application developed for the Department of Computer Science at California State University San Bernardino to manage student projects/theses and faculty research papers. The project is designed and implemented in accordance with Model-View-Controller (MVC) design pattern using the Jakarta Struts framework and iBATIS Data Mapper framework from Apache Software Foundation, JavaServer Pages (JSP), and Java programming language. The Web-based library is a user friendly and reliable system which can be accessed quickly and efficiently at anytime from anywhere. Users who have Linux, Macintosh, or Windows machines with modern Web browsers such as Mozilla's Firefox and Internet connections are able to access this Web-based library to upload and share their PDF projects/theses and research papers with other users.
