Start your project. Complete the inception phase.

In groups, out of class.  But starting at the end of the class.

Before you leave the class, make sure you know each other's
names and EMail addresses.  Then set up communications so that every
thing you produce -- every artifact -- is seen by more than one person,
has two copies,
and is easy to revise.  Nothing is set in stone.

There is a lot to be said for setting up a web site to act as repository for 
all your artifacts.  Some teams have used Google docs in the past.

Then rethink any documents you have inherited from CS372 from the
point of view of writing some programs.
